Full disclosure: The phone is pretty well worn. Lots of marks on the housing. Most importantly, the water indicator on the phone body was missing when I got the phone. The one on the battery is white, and I've been using the phone myself without any issues. I will guarantee it against DOA. It's currently running 6.0 and works great.
