(smudges in pics may be from screen protector). phone works perfectly fine, no hardware problems. TMO service books are loaded onto phone. OS 5.0.0.419 is install but can downgrade if needed. Will drop price a decent amount if local. SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN PRICE.
