    That's brand new condition?

Is that not missing paint on the top left and right corners?
And there's scratches all over the place...

You paid $350 for this piece of junk?

I would definately leave feedback in our feedback forum. Seller said it was "Brand New" and that looks very abused.

lol. I was wondering why you said worked out well, I was like, HUH?

and to the guy who bought the Bold for $280, is the phone bricked too? seeing as it has the hourglass in the pics.

Ban that seller, I would be pissed if that was what i got.

But seeing as you paid less than $350, I'm assuming that you wer einformed by the seller of the condition?

oh nah. the phone is not bricked. i pulled the battery and it was loading up as i was taking the pictures. Yup, I was well informed of what the condition was. I guess I don't really know what the definition of "new" is.

    "pretty new"

hahaha, maybe it works like new but that phone looks like it was dropped.

if aesthetics arent important to you its a good deal if it works perfectly.

you cant complain or leave negative feedback for the seller, seeing as you knew full well what you were buying.

only problem with the situation is the fact the seller can't judge the cosmetic condition of a device and/or is mildly ********.

I believe I can leave negative feedback because this was the sellers FS ad...definitely not advertising what they are selling

^^ yes, but you didn't pay the $350, you paid $280, due to the fact you were informed the phone was actually not brand new.

Even the "pretty new" part is debatable, he answered your questions. You weren't specific enough in them. "pretty new" could have referred to the functionality of the phone, not cosmetically. And he meant that it was new becuase it was used for 3 weeks. not "new" as in it looks new.

If you had paid $350, and received that device thinking you were getting a BNIB Bold, you would have an argument.

i appreciate you explaining yourself but I am not trying to create an argument between you, me and the seller. I could be wrong and I wont deny it if I am.

What are you talking about, he can leave negative. The email says the seller said there were no nicks, regardless of what he paid, if he said there were no nicks and there are nicks, I would leave negative feedback, regardless of price.

You paid through paypal, go for a chargeback.
Then buy a new bezel and swap it for about $15 (with the tools cost) tops.

Generally speaking buyer has the advantage when it comes to paypal.
