) its only 39 days old, I begged Verizon to let me return it but nope ( had a 9630 laying around so now using it) phone is ready to be activated.. Screen protector since day one, also including the case and holster combo, extended battery 1750 and a 8gb micro sd card.. Check out the feedback forum I have some good feedback's..
