Up for sale is a gateway laptop WITH WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE installed in it, bought it new at a best buy store and i've had this computer for about 4-5 months. it works perfectly. I'm selling it because i recently bought a new laptop and won't be needing this anymore. the laptop is in perfect condition except for the top right part where i accidently dropped some glue unit (please see picture), this can be easily removed with some kind of glue remover, it just never really bothered me that much to try it. Great for college, powerful enough for everyday activities plus big screen for watching movies and work on projects.

Actually no. My dad works for a company that works with computers and he got a version of the rtm that i used to put on my laptop as windows vista is just painfull to use

Okay because it is not a BlackBerry, and because the CrackBerry Marketplace does not compensate.

Can you go their, enter in the serial number and see if the Windows OS that is original to the Machine available for downloading, if so, can you provide that information to the buyer so in the event the OS needs redoing... it wont give him a heart attack.
If not their, can you locate the Gateway Recovery tools in some way?

The Bottom Line: A ability to get the laptop "Recovered" if the OS Fails needs to be their for the buyer.
(It also saves you of them getting a hold of you to help fix the laptop >.>)

Other than that. Very nice laptop, you will probably be able to get pretty far with it, even put a few games on it.

the windows OS that came with the machine i believed is stored on a partition of the hard drive. The laptop did not come with a recovery cd or anything like that
