I see what you are saying in the top right corner, but thats actually just a smudge from me wiping it, there is nothing wrong with the screen except the normal small marks (nothing that you can see without holding the phone at different angles, cant see it when screen is on).

With CM7 support on the DX, the battery life is pretty good from what I hear from some friends.
