This is a refurbished 8310. It has small scratches on the front screen and battery cover. It also has lint on the inside screen from keeping it in my pocket and the rubber coating on the top is rubbing off. This refurbished 8310 is only 2 monthes old. The OS has been updated to 4.5. The 8310 works great. I'm selling it because I just did and early upgrade to the Blackberry Bold 9000.
