this is an unlocked phone. its never been dropped, only 2 scratches at the top (pictures attached). Clean ESN, i have been using it for 2 years on fido (at first pre-paid, and then plan with unlimited EMail + IM)
A 9550 that comes with everything a 9550 should come with.
no box/manual though, just the phone, charger (the one that came with it when i got it), battery and a rubber case.
have used it for 2 years without any problems, never fixed or anything, so i assume it will work for another good few years.
