Any additional info: Touch screen is 99 out of 100. There is ONE TINY TINY nick on the black part of the glass (above the viewing area). The back, as pictured, has scratches on it. It is loaded with 3.1.3. It is always jailbroken but I can restore it if you so choose. Im looking to sell this for $150 OR Im looking for a 30gb iPod video (black or white) and I'll take $80.

They do not make the 3rd generation in 8 GB. They currently sell the 8 GB 2nd generation iPod touch and the 32/64GB 3rd generation.

This is incorrect. The 3rd Generation Ipod Touches ARE made in 8GB. You are confused with them not being made in 16GB anymore. 3rd gens come in 8gb, 32gb and 64gb.

The new generations have open GLES support and a 256 MB ram with a slightly better processor.
Please don't argue with facts.

There is second generation and a 2.5 generation model.
The 2.5 is only unable to be jailbroken in the same way as the 2nd generation.

Do a little competent research before blabbing away.

Anyhow, as stated, it was bought around Christmas time 2009 so Im assuming thats as new as the 8gb are now. Still taking offers. Looking to get rid of this folks.
