Both are unlocked and was used with T-Mobile (with no problems) and screens are in perfect condition. I called Verizon cs & cleared both phones.
#1 - remanufactured by Asurion on 11/3/09. Came with 5.0.0.328 already installed. Tiny chips (2) on shiny bezel, hardly noticeable. Small "dimple" on bottom cover.
#2 - Updated to 5.0.0.328. Minimal wear, again hardly noticeable. Phone was only used for 3 weeks by previous owner.

Buy both and save me some freight $$$.
