I bought both of these cases about a month ago, but over time I realized I didn't need the ultimate protection that they offer, and preferred my OEM case. The Commuter case has a few small scratches on the back, as per the photos, I didn't realize it had the scratches until the camera flash revealed them. It has been used for the month, but it's still in great shape.
The Impact series case has not been used, but has been removed from the box.
