Both are like new and in great condition mine a little more so because I had the rubber case on mine. My girls has a couple hairline scratches on her batt cover because of the case she had on it.

The phone is almost perfect. 9.0 is probably harsh I just figured a 9 out of 10 would be great because it is. The second phone is not unlocked but can be if you want me to unlock it.
