The requirement for a photo of the physical object means it that it is not possible to offer most software or product licenses in Marketplace, because the software and user license are intangible items delivered electronically and have no physical form to be photographed (screenshots are not acceptable). The only exception is software delivered on manufacturer's mass produced original media, e.g. the original pressed (not burned) CD or DVD.
