With AT&T, get LTE in certain places, not everywhere. I'm not sure with T-Mobile, you'd need to Google STA100 -5 for use on T-Mobile...
The mark is the tiny mark in the bottom right corner of the phone. It is merely the 'silver\grey' tiny bit, as per the image that is not showing...

The z30 is in the house. Massive thanks to naviwilliams for the shipping. No thanks to UPS for the one day delay. I got way more than I was expecting in the box, and for that I am grateful. The sellers I have dealt with here on cb.com have been awesome.
