    True about the sales tax but the warranty is not transferable and anyone on this site knows that for an extra $10-15 more than your asking you can get it new from BlackBerry directly.

    That's the only reason I was suggesting that you lower your price to help you off load the device... anyway, good luck and I hope you find a buyer soon as it's a nice device.
