I have a like new blackberry torch 9850. There is only one thing that is wrong with it. there is a smudge on teh screen from putting the phone into the leather holster. the smudge in no way effects the usage or viewing the screen in any way. you can only see it if the screen is off.

yes 2 are the OEM blackberry and the other is just a hard plastic outer shell with a rubber on the inside. there isn't a brand on it.
