This is a replacement device from TMO and has not been used. The plastic is still on the screen and the phone should register a one year warranty automatically with the first number it is used on. The battery cover had to be kept from the original device and has a few marks on it. Nothing terrible though.
This phone has the Android 1.6 update on it already, so the buyer doesn't have to wait for the OTA update.
