This was a replacement from T-Mobile, so it is either new or refurbished. There is no way to know for sure, but either way it has not been used since I received it. The phone should register a 1 year warranty period automatically with the first phone number it is used on. All plastics are intact. Naturally, I had to retain the battery cover from the original, so there are a couple very small bits of wear. They are barely visible though.

This phone can be unlocked for other service providers at an additional cost of $10. Please note that you will not get 3G speeds in North America with a provider other than T-Mobile.

The price is firm, unless you have something to trade.
