    That is one of the reasons I did the PayPal gift. Even have him the benefit of the doubt just in case something came up on his side. But with no communication since January 20th I think it's a lost cause.

    As an update Ray and I talked and resolved the matter. He was willing to throw in extra and pay for expedited shipping but I had already gotten my funds back from PayPal.
