Please post mandatory photos of the device. If the Q5's are BNIB...shoot some photos of the sealed and unopened box. That'll be fine.

Do we have many users using Q5 in the states? What kind of data do you get with Q5 on carriers like T-Mo or AT&T?

Might be best to ask in the q5 forum. But my understanding is you get LTE in certain areas but would need others to confirm.

If it's the SQR100-1 then it will get LTE everywhere in the USA on AT&T and T-Mobile. Also fully compatible on HSPA+ for AT&T and T-Mobile. I have personally tried it on both carriers.
