Sync and Mac issue with iCal

my wife and her boss use Macs. They use Mobile me to sync the calendars, all works fine.

My wife was syncing her BB to her mac, it is setup to have the Mac override the BB and nothing gets transfered from the BB to the Mac, when her boss said she just saw items disappear from the the Mac Ical.

To confuse matters more, at least one of the items was a reoccuring event that had been on the calendar for some time.

It did not delet from the BB.

Any thoughts?

I find the easiest way to make it all work is to sync all to my gmail account calendar. Let google be the master calendar. Use google sync on your phone. I cal will also sync to google calendar.
