im new and this question has probley been answered a billion times but....
i have a sprint blackberry flashed to metro pcs has been working better then any phone i ever had!!!! until i lost some services i lost pic messages send and receive and also no more internet!!!! this all happened after charging my phone on computer like i always do but i think the phone performed an update??? any help how to get these things back would be great!! thanx in advance

Welcome to the CrackBerry forums. Why did you post in the Mac Users forum section?

You likely will need to get the device reflashed since updating the OS typically removes the flashing.

Also, ask the carrier to resend your Service Books.
