Pictures from bb to mac bluetooth

I'm trying to send a picture from my bb to my mac through bluetooth. I've done this numerous times before, but now when I try it says unable to connect to ______ ________'s mac book, services unavailable.

The only thing that I have changed from the last time I tried this is the fact that i'm connected to blue tooth keyboard and track pad which ARE NOT in use when i'm trying to send these pictures to my mac.

Any suggestions? Do I need to change a setting some where?

is there anything out there that you can sync bb and mac
via wifi or usb

are they not in use or not connected? have you tried the transfer without the pad and keyboard paired? troubleshooting is your friend.
