    Default Office for mac 2011 and syncing to exchange

    hello all, not sure if this has been asked already, tried searching but couldnt find much, i have an issue where a blackberry is hooked up to an exchange server (appriver) a user has a mac with office for mac 2011 on it, this person has an ipad where they make changes (lets say deletes a message) and it reflects on the blackberry but when trying to make changes in office for mac 2011 it does not, any suggestions?:
