Need help reinstalling OS on bold 9900

can someone help me out here? my trackpad is acting weird and it keeps scrolling to the right.. I'm hoping its a software problem and so i wanna wipe and install a fresh OS on my bold..

any other way to install the OS w/o the need of bootcamp? cause i don't have a copy of windows with me right now
