Need help asian language on mac

Hi
I'm in London, Uk, and have just bought Torch 9860 from O2. I haven't
thought that it would be this complicated to install the Asian
language input on such a smart phone. I searched and tried, but still
am unable to install the language input needed, mainly Thai and
Chinese.
I mainly use Macbook, but windows is also available.
Would you please help and give me advice on how to make your smart
phone fully work? Please guide me steps by steps. Your advice is
appreciated.
