I am going through **** with a 9900 - managed to reload the OS but a lot of apps were missing, including bb protect, youtube docs to go and others... so clicked on those that were missing DM starts but then I get this message every time "blackberry failed to validate blackberry device update aborting install due to validation failure some packages contained unsatisfied dependencies" so now what anyone???

after putting devices password it says..CANNOT RECOVER BLACKBERRY DEVICE SOFTWARE
THERE IS NO AVAILABLE SOFTWARE FOR YOUR BLACKBERRY DEVICE
PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER

i have deleted the os from the mentioned file
plz help
