How to overwrite contacts? Pocketmac isnt doing it

I have triple copies of contacts on my phone... after cleaning up my laptops address book, I tried overwriting contacts on the phone thru Pocketmac but they still remain on my phone... Any fix for this?

Not that I know of.
I clean up on a PC before I push (one direction only) to the phone from my Mac.

Have you tried the DataPurgeUI app included with Pocket Mac? It's hidden in:

Macintosh HD > Users > username >Library > Application Support > PocketMacSyncManager > Additional Tools > DataPurgeUI
