Default How do you clear the "content store" database on BB Desktop Manager for Mac?

In the windows verison of the Blackberry Desktop Manager, on the Backup and Restore menu option, there's an option called "Advanced". On the "Advanced" screen you get a list of "Device Databases" on the right side and you can use it to clear the "Content Store" database. How do you do this in the Mac version? I'm trying to help out a friend and I don't have a Mac. I've been looking at screen shots of the Blackberry Desktop Manager for the Mac and I don't see the "Advanced" option under Backup and Restore. Thanks in advance.
