help adding movies to the storm using a mac

i am sorry if there is already a thread on this but i have spent the last 3 days trying to find information on how to add tv shows or movies using a mac. I got my storm the day it came out and want to be able to watch a movie on it or something... i was also wondering if anyone was able to watch youtube videos on it with out them looking so grainy... thank you for any help!

Youtube displays videos in 3GP (a really crappy quality used for mobile phones) so there isn't a way to get past that.

As for using media on a mac, I'm assuming its like a PC, as long as you have it converted into a format the Storm can play back, drop it in the appropriate folder and Viola
