Default Found a way to sync itunes with Curve!!

Don't know if anyone already talked about this but there's a program called itunemywalkman that syncs and itunes playlist to a blackberry or any phone that can be mounted as a drive. Works every well and can even be configured to autosync when you mount your berry. I have the 8330 from sprint and it worked like a charm. Even album art was synced.

Does it support playlists? I want to take more advantgage of the playlist feature but creating playlist inside the phone and transferring single songs takes entirely too long.

If I am reading the iTuneMyWalkman site correctly this appears to be meant for a Mac OS. Is there a similar program for Windows?

Beautiful find. Im autosyncing it right now. I can finally leave my ipod touch behind to lighten my pockets a little. It was to much of a hassle to load my songs from limewire over and find album art over google.

This is my first time doing this on my Mac, do I need a BlackBerry driver installed first, so my Mac recognizes the BlackBerry? IF so, anyone got a link?

    Default thanks

This is great, just what I've been looking for. My one complaint about RIM is the lack of Mac support, but I've been lucky to get PocketMac to work for me and I purchased Popcorn 3 to convert video.

If its an 8130 then they have a hard time being recognized by the mac for some reason. And sometimes it might go into a continuous reboot cycle if it ever is recognized.

I find it funny that people are posting here disappointed that it's mac only. Um, this is a mac forum. What are you guys doing here?!

Anyway, what do you guys use for podcasts? Audio seems easy but I'm having a hard time with video. I'm manually converting the ipod format video podcasts that itunes grabs with iSquint. It works after I manually copy them to my 8330 memory card. Any other ways to make this easier? I was using SyncTunes but development stopped due to some bug issue. So I stopped using it in case it deletes my files.

Looks awesome! TY!! Help an old fogey though, pls! If the tunes I buy on iTunes are .aac protected than no-go on the Curve, correct? Any work around? Do I need to burn on a CD and reimport and recode as Mp3? Thanks in advance.

Does this sync protected music from my itunes library as well, or just the unprotected music?

Yeah, can you just drag and drop the tunes as files from mac to BB when connected by USB?

Can someone please give me directions on how to totally uninstall itunemywalkman on my imac?

I dragged the downloads to my trash, emptied it, and thought that would be enough.
Now when I open itunes I get an icon at the top for itunemtwalkman and options for synching.
I asked at the apple store, they recommended deleting itunes and reinstalling it. That didnt work.
There are still traces of the program on my desktop.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
