Default Downgrade with Mac Desktop ? Safe???

Hi..I have upgraded to OS 6 on my Verizon Bold with the official release...BUT I do not like the font size of the in-call screens and the trackpad menus...so very small...I see on my Mac Desktop manager an option to DOWNGRADE to one of the official verizon version 5's...specifically the one I had on it before the upgrade...is it "safe" to do so and really as simple as that? I had no prob with the upgrade, so perhaps it is? Thanks

Not sure with a mac but I also downgraded back to OS5 without a problem with DM use Win7. I would say that if you didn't have any problems with the upgrade than u should be ok to use you mac for the downgrade. Just be sure to BACK UP YOUR PHONE! One never knows.
