Desktop Software for mac not recognizing my torch

hey guys i need help ASAP my desktop manager for mac its not recognizing my torch the mac shows the memory card and the device memory but the desktop manager dont let me do anything what can i do??? i just downloaded the latest version, 2.0.0.65

Try a different USB port. When your bb recognizes the mac, what option are you selecting on your bb ?? Sync, usb, or charge ??

I can only get my Mc to see the torch if I open DTM and then plug the phone in. Doesn't work if the software is opened when phone is plugged in. Tried that one?

Hm.. That's really odd. I have a Mac also, but as long as I have DM installed on my computer, as soon as I plug in my Torch it opens up DM and connects it to it. Try opening DM first as Lauriecad has said. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling then reinstalling DM. Make sure to restart your computer after the uninstall and after the reinstall.
