 Curve "a" key locked up and can't unlock phone?
My Curve 8520's "A" key is completely locked up and won't work. But, my phone is locked and is prompting me to enter blackberry to continue entering my password. So basically I can't do anything with it except for answering calls. It's completely locked because I can't type blackberry due to the damaged "A" key. I want to wipe it, but I have no idea how. Can I get some help? URGENT. Thanks in advance.
