Contact sync from BB to iTunes to iPad?

I was wondering if there was any way to do a backup of my contacts from my Blackberry Bold which I could then open in itunes/Mac address book so that I could sync my phone contacts to my iPad and iPod Touch.

Also, I DO NOT want the sync to be two-ways. I have a bunch of old contacts on my computer which I do not want on my BB (I also don't want to duplicate some of the contacts already on my BB).

Not sure how you do a one way sync. The way I sync contacts is to USB sync the BB to the Mac addressbook and sync the Mac address book to google contacts which syncs OTA with my iPad via EAS on my gmail account.
