    Arrow Cannot Sync iTunes Playlists

    Hi there. For the life of me I cannot figure out why I cannot sync my iTunes playlists via BlackBerry Desktop Software. The songs copy over fine, but the playlists do not. Extremely frustrating, and I'm hoping there is an answer to be found.
