I can transfer files from my MacBook Pro to my 9700 via Bluetooth but every time I try to transfer anything BB2Mac it always says "Failed to find service."

Have you paired the two on your computer? You have to "set up bluetooth device" and within that it'll tell you the types of file transfer that it supports. I'm pretty sure I've done it just fine between both devices on my PowerBook G4. I can double check here in a minute...

As far as I know I've done it correctly. I've transferred files from my MBP to my 9700 but I can't transfer files from my 9700 to my MBP.

Process:

- Turn bluetooth on, on both devices
- Go to desired file/doc you wish to transfer and click menu button
- Scroll to "Send Using Bluetooth"
- Select desired device you wish to send to
- Wait for device to prompt you to accept the incoming file & click accept

BOOM!

Works fine up to this point...
- Wait for device to prompt you to accept the incoming file & click accept
A second or two after I select to send it to my MBP, my BB says "Failed to find service." I never get the notification on my MBP.
