blackberry requires write permission to sync with memory card

Just dl-ed the latest blackberry desktop software on my mac, tried to sync my songs, and this is what popped out. "blackberry requires write permission to sync with memory card". wtf... How now brown cow?

Could someone help me please?

Try this: Scroll to the "Options" icon in menu (little wrench icon). Within that select "memory". Next, make sure the items are 'enabled" and options are 'on'. I changed "Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected" from "Off" to "Prompt" and I was able to sync music from iTunes to BBerry (something I could do before the downloaded upgrade but not after...).

It worked for me. Sync went through.

I have the same problem with bb9330 OS6, but no memory location in the options. Any idea where they moved it to???
