I only know one and I'm very pleased with it.

Roxio's Toast 8 Titanium. I used custom, high quality. One half hour of The Office episoded is at least 500+MB.

IDK about this. But I was just testing this out, I put a .avi video file in my Bold, and it worked just fine. It played my movie perfectly! I was quite surprised there was no conversion required. Try it out.

+1 for visual hub. Compresses a 700 MB video down to about 400 MB and the quality is great.

Thanks all of you for replies!

I just installed VisualHub and compressed one movie for my iPod nano and it looks perfect.

Which settings should I use for Blackberry Bold?

Take a look at iSquint too. I use it and it's quick and has amazing quality.
