    Default BB doesnīt show up in Finder

    Hey,

    i want to update a BB 8900 of a friend but my and her mac donīt recognise the BB at all. It doesnīt show up in the Finder or anywhere else. And itīs even not charging when itīs connected.
    Does somebody have a solution for that issue??
