When I upgraded to OS 6 my phone quit working properly not it freezes and it won't let me uninstall some of the applications...previously on Windows I would of wiped it and reinstalled the OS to fix the issue, but I've also upgraded to a Mac and welp I have no idea how to do that now...

.. any suggestions on how to wipe on the mac or figure out how to uninstall all of these useless programs on my phone so it works properly?

You will need to use Windows, either in a virtual environment on your Mac (VMware or Parallels), on a partition on your Mac using BootCamp, or else borrow a PC.

ugh I have Parallels but I don't like using it ...I was hoping this was not the way! ..
