App error?

Been having trouble running an app that has given me plenty of trouble in the past. For some reason, I keep getting a socket error " I tried changing my connection ways and I just could not connect. Did a few battery pulls. I may end up deleting the app and trying to start fresh, idk?

What is the app? did you try to disable the compatability mode? (options, applications,highlight the app and hit BB Button.)

i am not able to install third party app via bb desktop manager installed on my mac it shows an msg = Validation failed because the module marked for add (net_rim_bb_pgp_lib) failed the checksum

when i m goin to add any app it just showed up above msg plz help me out .
