My USB port on my Curve has been broken for sometime (can't charge, can't sync), before I purchase the Bold I want to sync my phone one last time. Is there any way that I can sync my phone via Bluetooth?

Yep! If u have mac do the bluetooth search once ur computer I'd the bluetooth u can synic! I synic my curve with my macbook pro not an issue!

can you elaborate on this? how are you synching your contacts and stuff?

my Mac doesnt read my phone? when I connect through a usb connection the icon of my phone doesnt appear on my mac....has this happen to anyone and what can I do to fix it?

I changed the setting on my media card to -mass storage on/auto enable when connected....know it reads my phone...Why?

When mounting your Berry on your Mac, you are only able to access the microSD card! The "Mass Storage Mode" must be enabled to allow the Mac to mount the microSD as an external drive.

You must use PocketMac to recognize your device and sync it with your contacts, calendars, etc... you cannot just connect the Berry and have it mount to your desktop or something. hope that helps

I'm sorry but I thought it was evident since this is the Mac section. Anyway, does anyone know of a way to sync contacts/calendar via bluetooth on a Mac.

If there is a way to sync the 8330 using pocketmac via bluetooth...let me know as well; was wondering the same thing. i know i tried it..but i thought i read somewhere that bluetooth isn't supported at this time, even tho there's a clear option for it. oh well, i guess that's the perks of a free third party program...sigh

DO you have to have Windows Vista to sync your BB via BT?
If not then can you post how I would do this.
