    Default No Torch 9800 love?

No love for us 9800 owners? The last update/leak was over 2 months ago. Does RIM think the software is perfect? Meanwhile the 9700 has gotten 3 leaks in the past month!

Oh well Hybrids are helping take away some of the issues. It keeps me happy enough not to care too much about leaks for the 9800

Leaks are called leaks for a reason. RIM doesn't put them out, endorse them, or provide them. They are simply OS builds that someone gets their hands on and distributes.
The last official 9800 OS was Nov 9.
The last official 9700 OS was Nov 4.
Not a lot of difference there.

Official OS builds are carrier dependent as well, meaning that RIM builds the OS, but it's up to the carriers to release them.

I realise that, I'm just surprised there hasn't been a leak in so long.

I'm using the BDHP v5 currently with the release with some .424 files its quite smooth. It has smoother transitions, faster browsing and as well improved battery life. From running stock .337 battery drain was about 5%/hour drain with this BDHP v5 I'm now averaging about 3.8%/hour. The only thing you need to do first after the install is about 7-8 battery pulls. Also must be installed over .337

-_- become a os tester for RIM and your problems will be solved.

likely the next 9800 leak will be .450 +

u cant get leaks on command. os testers actually get fired for leaking beta os by RIM so u can understand y there are periods of little to no leaks

Same here for the 9780... I'd rather wait and get a proper leaked OS than a hybrid though

So you mean if I keep snapping my fingers a new leak won't appear on my FTP? I thought this sort of thing was magic!

I would love for you to snap your fingers for a leak...
    Maybe try harder!
Thanks for everything else on your hybrids (when I had my 9700)
