Leaks are called leaks for a reason. RIM doesn't put them out, endorse them, or provide them. They are simply OS builds that someone gets their hands on and distributes.
The last official 9800 OS was Nov 9.
The last official 9700 OS was Nov 4.
Not a lot of difference there.
Official OS builds are carrier dependent as well, meaning that RIM builds the OS, but it's up to the carriers to release them.Twitter @_Miche11e_ .::. BBM Channel C0001B3B5

I'm using the BDHP v5 currently with the release with some .424 files its quite smooth. It has smoother transitions, faster browsing and as well improved battery life. From running stock .337 battery drain was about 5%/hour drain with this BDHP v5 I'm now averaging about 3.8%/hour. The only thing you need to do first after the install is about 7-8 battery pulls. Also must be installed over .337
