    Well, so I think I'll:
    1. Backup
    2. Wipe
    3. Shrink (will be not so consistant, since I've not so many unused apps)
    4. Reload

I just hope I'll have more free memory with respect to 34MB which drain to 20 in about 6 hours!!

If I'll notice nothing of so better, I think I'll wait for another leaked, or I'll try a hybrid version, or I'll downgrade.... Still have to decide

Don't know if this has been posted, but there where complaints about having to scroll to the blue bar on the bottom and clicking on it to open the tray, or having to click the menu button twice, or clicking it once and then click "open tray" to do the same. People (including myself) found this annoying as it seemed to be an extra step compared to OS5.

Try this: Instead of doing previously mentioned steps, just swipe the trackpad downwards quickly and the tray opens automatically in a way as if it were a touch screen phone.

I found this out by accident, and it works every time. Now the OS5 method blows compared to that. I LOVE it!
I found out about this before I downgraded to OS5 as there's other things I couldn't cope with. Oh well, I will have a 9780 in a couple of days.

Meh Honestly, -7 is no big deal if it holds around there. -7 every hour = trouble!

    It has... many, many times

Quickly pressing the Menu button twice also does the same thing.

Well, after a week of running this vers of OS6, I'm really liking it. My wife, however? Not so much. The one thing she really dislikes is the calendar (and that is something she uses everyday). So, in order to keep the peace in the house, I loaded OS5 .1041 for her. She has her older style calendar back. All is calm. lol.

Only thing I really noticed so far that doesn't work on OS6 is the bb applet from thestreet.com. Otherwise, no mem leaks or anything. Runs like a champ. One time I experienced the 35% down to red with my battery last week. I did a batt pull and showed I still had 30%. I get two days on a full charge. Easy enough for me to charge anyway so no worries there.

Just really liking OS6. Definitely looking forward to some themes!

I agree it was.... The build that I previously spoke of in early January never made it as far along in testing as I expected it to. My apologies for leading you on at the time. However, this time I can be sure as I am currently looking at it sitting on my FTP

While waiting for the new leaked and for some reviews about it, I'll wait with my 424, since I'm at 60MB free draining under 50 (but always enough for running correctly)...

Thanks to all of you, I wiped, shrinked, reinstalled....

@jnmnm: is your AT&T actually on a BES service? (What about the T-Mo?)
My wife 9700 its from T-Mobile and on her phone there's no problem at all, but mine thats from at&t is giving me this issue.

I'm currently on BIS and this phone has never been on BES. Its unlocked and using it for a year on Telcel Mexico.

It weird cause when i was on OS 5, i never got this message of IT Policy using the same apps.

Thanks to everyone for your help! i manage to remove the IT policy from my BlackBerry (On a MAC ).

I follow the steps, to perform a reset to factory via Terminal, and successfully remove the IT policy. It was represented as a little gray-out lock on the firewall settings that couldnt be removed.

Now i can successfully use many applications that before i would be denied to access.

Now the only issue i have its that i already purchased Shazam Encore, but now App World its telling me that this isn't available for my device and requesting me to buy it again. Does anyone know how to re-install it?

    Thanks!

Out of topic: BTW does BBM6.0.0.56 supports fancy char? I pasted a music note character (which I saved in the memo) and bbm hanged. And my fancy char 2.4 only shows the flags and the black and white icons, the color icons are all gone.
