upgraded from official os to leaked .132 and .141 and now only the headset works?

ok so i went from an official os to .132 or whatever it was when the official decided to start freezing twice a day. everything was awesome for about two weeks then out of no where this stupid think seems to think the headset is contantly plugged in. cant hear anything, music, videos, or phone calls without the head set. worked when i went to bed and when i woke up the next morning, nothing. i thought mabe .132 was corrupt so i loaded .141 and the same issue is still there. sounds like a hardware issue to me but this is the second time this exact same thing has happened to me so im starting to wonder if im doing something wrong, ideas?

Im having the same problem as of this morning.. I upgraded from .75 to .132, then to A Leaked .141 hybrid.. How.. I get the same problem.. It thinks theres a headset plugged in, I did everything right.. Someone please help..

try to plug in headphones then take them out

it worked it just took 30 times. i had read that previously but it didnt work for me so i was getting worried i would have to get ANOTHER new phone. pretty much just did it repeatedly in, out, and during phone calls (to my voicemail like 30 times to spare my friends

). also try using the headset during calls, hanging up with it then unlugging them.

I can't upgrade my os on .141 or .132 :'( iam stuck on .78

Probably no need to return your phone. Try a blast of compressed air in the headset port. Or stick something else all the way in there (q-tip, pen cartridge) gently and you will see the headset icon magically vanish.
