Thanks for the note on the second Vendor.xml file. I've been installing these leaks for ages, and never had a problem until now. But I deleted the second Vendor.xml file in the "Loader XML" directory listed above, and now all is well.

Try making a .342/.318 Hybrid to keep you going until the next leak, thats my plan for the weekend !!!

Maybe reloading from scratch, and only restoring:

-Contacts (Address book)
-Calendar
-BBM/Groups
-Memopad
-Options
-Icon arrangement
-theme settings

Skipping/unchecking everything else, then things will be very fast and smooth. It worked for me.

Some have been having issues with the .342 radio file and there are reports that the .318 one works better for some users.

Same priciple as the old .585/540 hybrid that Phill_UK brought to our attention way back when.

Yeah i know just give it a shot. I'm still running the hybrid,
And see if it works out though! I'm not going to give up that fast.
So far no reboots so i'd keep it for now and see what happens.

i'm having problem here. after i upgrade from OS 7.0 to 7.1, my 9900 still remain in 7.0. is that my country didn't support for the upgrade of error there?
