Bell bottoms aren't fashionable anymore? Damnit... I've been putting off clothes shopping for years.

Wow, I remember .99, and that was before bell bottoms (which my nieces have informed me, are flares!)

Nice olta, thanks for taking the time to do this. I also keep all of them in a folder in my computer. I have them back to .90 in case I'd like to have it for sometime to remind myself of the good old days.

Funny how sometimes you read, "search is your friend" or "search before you post" or "how about the search function". It really is useless.

You are right. It works ok if people switch words around. By still searching, I meant time wise. I am doing a couple night shifts over the weekend, so little tight. I just wanted to get the thread started so people would have resources.

    Default Chinese IME

Anyone know if (or which) leaked 9530 OS's support Chinese Input Method? The Hong Kong CLS software never worked for me, but it might have been for the 9500, not sure.

    Thanks!

You probably need to look for an OS that is multilanguage...I would guess...

    Default Chinese Input

Well some of the leaked OS are multi-language, some aren't. I tried .85 and it had Chinese Input. For those that know what I'm talking about, 拼音 input was flawless, but works only for simplified Chinese. ㄅㄆㄇㄈ(注音)input worked for traditional characters but the keyboard is buggy. As there are more phonetic symbols than there are keys, you have to press shift to view a second layer of keys. That's fine, but the problem is the second layer is permanently superimposed on the normal keyboard layout and thus you pretty much can't read the keys and need to memorize where everything is. (Try to imagine a keyboard having lowercase and capital letters written directly on top of each other)

Perhaps this is fixed in one of the newer leaks, but I haven't had time to test each one out yet. I'll post back here with which ones have Chinese input and how it works as I slowly work my way up the list.

    Thanks to the original poster!
