AT&T 9700 499 servicebook error on attachtments

Whenever I go to download\open an attachtments on my BES email it fails with "More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found."

I have tried to register now from host table menu and resend sevice books from BES services. I have tried battery pulls and factory resets.

Does anyone have this working? Can you send me the service books?

A security wipe from the device fixed the issue, and then I did a selective restore and all is now well. Close thread. Thanks.
