Question Proposition to add most recent leaked version to known beta thread?

Hi,

As we've all seen there is often confusion as to which OS versions have been leaked vs which ones are known to exist, might it cut down on the threads asking for links to unleaked versions if the latest known leaked versions were added to the known beta thread?

Forgive me if this is impracticable or has been suggested before.

Regards,

BDC

No, an addition to that thread, for example in the OS5 section of that the bold is listed as:
Bold: v5.0.0.130

whereas the newest leaked version is .100 so something like:
Bold: v5.0.0.130 (v5.0.0.100 Available)

Would maybe cut down on the "Where can I download (Whatever unleaked version)" Threads that keep appearing.

For example on the front page of this section are the following threads that would have been answered by having this info in the sticky(sorry, no links due to post count):
Bold: v5.0.0.130? Where?
Bold 5.0.0.120? where?
8900: v5.0.0.130
Curve 8900 5.0.0.110/120 where???
Etc.

I don't mean to pick on the above people, I nearly started a thread like that not long ago until I spotted someone else had already and the difference between known and leaked was explained to them.

Hopefully the above clarifies what I mean.

Regards,

BDC

The mods should start cleaning the OS Beta forum a little better. There is no reason to have 3 threads on the 1st page asking the same question.
Combine them, delete them, lock them or something.

I agree. It gets quite annoying seeing a new thread started with the exact phrase "Curve 8900 5.0.0.130" .. frankly, it p*sses me off.

+1 Good observation!

Would surely save all the "BOLD 5.0.0.130 WHERE" questions in the Beta OS section... Although I think a second sticky is too much, I think putting in brackets (latest leaked X.Y.Z) should suffice.
